A precision digital lens mold that uses slide core to produce complex and various shapes and the copula of lens permits tolerance within 5 microns. 

A needle bearing cage mold manufactured to operate about 40 slide coreson circular circumference automatically. A precision mold with the size between the slide cores within 2 microns.

 

 

A taper roller bearing mold manufactured to operate many taper slide coreon circular circumference automatically. A precision mold with the size between the slide cores within 2 microns.  

A mold for lens holder of projection TV using the hydraulic cylinder to use the core freely according to the shape of product. The tolerance of lens holder part permits tolerance within 5 microns, and use hydraulic cylinder for the sliding action of long core.
